Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect your name, email, phone number, business name, billing information, payment method details, and transaction information. Downing Creates receives payment status and limited customer and transaction details, but does not receive or store your full card number.
Technical information
Our hosting and technical providers may automatically receive standard information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, referring page, and timestamps.

- Prepare proposals, agreements, invoices, payment links, and project communications.

3. When information is shared

Service providers may include Netlify for website hosting and form submissions, Stripe for payment processing, and email, domain, storage, and business-support providers.

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it for third-party behavioral advertising.
4. Forms, cookies, and external services
Project-form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify so Downing Creates can review and respond to them. This website does not currently use advertising trackers. Third-party services used to display fonts, host the site, prevent abuse, or process payments may receive standard technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including project delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and business recordkeeping. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and established service providers. No website, email system, or online storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may ask what personal information Downing Creates maintains about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing us. We will respond reasonably and may retain information when required for legal, security, payment, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes.
You can also choose not to submit the website form and contact us directly by email instead.
7. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when revisions were made.
